a manhattan couple recently purchased the smallest apartment available for sale, literally. it measures 10ft wide and as you can see, it's also tight on storage space. they say they don't cook so they use all their cabinets for clothing, and for hanging clothes, they put on their running gear and pick up their work clothes from various dry cleaner stores on the way to work!! what!! 175 sq ft is certainly not worth the $150k price tag. simply awful.
