uh-oh, there's a kid flying around

supposedly, there was a 6-year-old kid flying around colorado at 7,000 ft in a homeade balloon his seemingly crazy parents made in their backyard. now the balloon has landed and, surprise, there is no kid in the balloon. where is he??
