new yawk

using census data, NYmag put together a map of new york, color-coded by race. the pink indicates white people, green is asian, blue is black people, and orange is hispanic.

it's pretty interesting, and not shocking, that the island of manhattan is nearly solid red (aka lots of white people). the top of central park begins the mixed races portion of the city.
